A Swim From Dundas Aqueduct to Claverton Weir on the River Avon

A Swim From Dundas Aqueduct to Claverton Weir on the River Avon

This is a 1 hour 41 min film of a swim down a canal in Wiltshire UK. Not sure if it works that well visually and aurally but we applaud the ambition to film practice in landscape in real time.

"The swim is a little under 2km (1 & 1/4 miles) downstream and an easy swim for those new to open water swimming (though egress from the river can be tricky due to steep embankments).

During our swim we encountered heron, damselfly, kingfisher, children, mink, thousands of small fish (and one seemingly blind big fish), rope swings, pigeons, butterflies, trains, eels, cattle, horse chestnuts, chickweed, bull reed, lots of flowers, aeroplanes - all choreographed to the sound of the wind in the willows."
